By accessing mintoverlays.com, using any Mint Overlays browser-source widget, or installing Mint Overlays Desktop Edition (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Mint Overlays provides free browser-source overlay widgets for TikTok LIVE streams, plus an optional paid desktop application ("Desktop Edition") sold separately through Gumroad. The Service displays TikTok Live event data (likes, gifts, follows, chat) in customizable visual overlays for use in streaming software such as OBS or Streamlabs.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, consistent with TikTok's own minimum age requirement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of TikTok itself complies with TikTok's own Terms of Service.

The Service connects to TikTok LIVE to retrieve publicly broadcast event data. Mint Overlays is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. in any way. See our full TikTok Disclaimer for details on the risks of using unofficial connection methods to TikTok's platform.
Mint Overlays retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, designs, themes, and branding. Purchasing Desktop Edition grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own livestreaming — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.
Mint Overlays Desktop Edition is sold exclusively through Gumroad. All payment processing, order fulfillment, and refund requests are handled by Gumroad under its own terms. See our Refund Policy for details.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any TikTok Live data displayed, or that the Service will remain compatible with TikTok's platform, which may change at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mint Overlays and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any action taken against your TikTok account, streaming platform, or business as a result of using the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you used only the free overlays, our total liability is capped at $0.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mint Overlays and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including TikTok's Terms of Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, regardless of your location.
